Some structures offer the automatic check-in service, allowing you free access to the structures with a code that you will receive on your smartphone at the time of booking.

📍 How to reach us

🚗 By Car

Villa Anita is located at Via Castel Roncolo 16, near the pedestrian zone. It is possible to reach the reception directly without crossing restricted traffic areas (ZTL).

🚂 By Train

The train station is in the center, a few steps from the pedestrian area. Villa Anita is 950 m away. We recommend reaching our office on foot or by taxi (Phone: +39 0471 981111).

🚌 By Bud

• Central Bus Station: Located on Rittner Strasse next to the main train station.
• Tourist Bus: If you reach Bolzano by tourist bus, the stop is near the Bolzano Sud railway station. The center can be reached from there by regional train, local bus, or taxi.
